Andrew Miller – Chief Financial OfficerAndrew Miller is responsible for the Company’s finance, treasury, taxation and risk management activities. He has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including audit positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and senior positions with Equitable and Nationwide Finance. Andrew is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Leanne Ranson – Investor Relations ManagerLeanne has more than 20 years experience in investor relationship management in the New Zealand finance sector. Leanne joined Allied Nationwide in October 2008. Prior to that Leanne was the Funding Manager with Speirs Group Limited, controlling wholesale and secured stock funding lines. John Graham - National Manager Sales and MarketingJohn is responsible for managing the Allied Nationwide agent network sales and marketing activities. John has more than 25 years experience in the banking, insurance and card services industries, including previous management roles with Barclays Bank, National Bank and Diners Club. John joined Allied Nationwide in September 2008, as part of the acquisition of Speirs Finance. Steve Olson – Head of Commercial FinanceSteve has more than 20 years' experience in the finance industry and leads the commercial finance team and its portfolio in Auckland. Steve joined Allied Nationwide in 2002 following 16 years' with Westpac in commercial and property finance. After a brief period pursuing other opportunities, he rejoined Allied Nationwide in 2006. Michael Baynes- Head of Property & Rural FinanceMichael is responsible for managing the property and rural finance activities of Allied Nationwide. Michael has extensive finance sector experience, including lending, risk management and sales positions with Toyota Finance. He also worked for a large government funded property development management company in the UK. Michael joined Allied Nationwide in 2006 from the property finance unit of another finance company. Michael has a B.Com and Postgraduate Diploma in Finance at Lincoln University. Bob Hill - Head of Asset Management and CreditBob is responsible for asset and credit risk management and debt collection. He joined Allied Nationwide in September 2003 and has more than 25 years’ experience in the finance sector, including many as Chief Executive Officer at a prominent New Zealand finance company
